Simonetta S.p.a. guarantees complete Customer satisfaction.
These conditions are governed by Italian law and will be interpreted under them.
If for any reason the Customer is not fully satisfied with his order, or in the regrettable event that a product/s are delivered which do not conform to those requested, under Article 64 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, the Customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without the requirement to specify the reason within 15 (fifteen) working days following the date of receipt of the Products, without prejudice to the provisions of the paragraphs set out below.
The right of withdrawal may be exercised exclusively by the Customer or by the destinee of a gift.
Simonetta S.p.a. will refund in its entirety the cost of Products returned by the Customer which are unworn, unused and not damaged, and which are accompanied by the relevant invoice.
Simonetta S.p.a. reserves the right not to accept the return of those Products which prove not to comply with the requirements referred to in the preceding paragraph.
Refunds will be made in accordance with the same payment procedure as that used for the purchase in question.
Products purchased online may not be refunded at or returned to high-street sales outlets.
Simonetta S.p.a. shall endeavor to reimburse the Customer in good time, and in no case shall this exceed 14 days from the date of receipt of the written order for cancellation and return of the product.
When the refund has occurred, Simonetta S.p.a. will send a notification e-mail to the Customer to this effect.
The Customer may exercise his right of withdrawal by sending a written communication to Simonetta S.p.a. to the following e-mail address email@example.com, indicating:
– The order number in respect of which he/she intends to exercise his/her right of withdrawal
– The possible reasons.
The customer will then receive a communication from Simonetta S.p.a. with the authorization code for the return. The customer should transcribe this code on the prescribed form in the received delivery.
The return of articles will not be accepted where they have not been acquired in compliance with the procedure indicated above.
Conditions for acceptance of returns
The acceptance of returns shall be conditional on Simonetta S.p.a. establishing that the product has not been used and has not been damaged in any way. Products to be returned must be shipped within 15 working days of the date of delivery of the order in their original packaging or, where this has been damaged, in packaging of equivalent dimensions and resistance. Simonetta S.p.a. will provide a refund only where all of these conditions are complied with. Transport and administration costs shall not be refunded.
If you intend to withdraw from a purchase by requesting a full refund of the amount paid, once Simonetta receives the goods back, Simonetta Spa re-credits the full costs to the customer, also including shipping costs.
If you intend to withdraw by requesting a partial refund of the purchase (for example if you asked a single article refund on three purchased), then the company will refund the amount, but not including shipping costs which will remain charged to the customer. Item substitutions are not possible. The customer who may need it, can request a refund and make a new purchase.
Shipment costs for returns
The return shipping costs will be paid by Simonetta Spa only when the customer ships back the products by DHL courier, using the prescribed form.
The customer who ships by DHL courier, should contact his nearest DHL office and agree the terms of the collection. Incase that the customer would like touses another courier, the shipping cost are charged to him and Simonetta Spa will be not responsible for any theft or damage.
The returned product must be shipped from the country where the product was shipped. Otherwise shipping costs will be charged to your credit card
Re-crediting of refund
After Simonetta S.p.a. has received the item returned and ensured that all requirements have been complied with, it will sent an e-mail to the Customer to confirm its acceptance of said return. It will then re-credit the amount paid.
Where the purchase was made with credit card, the time required for the refund to register depends on the card-issuing institution. The value date of the re-credit will in all cases be the same as that of the relevant debit.
If the Customer wishes to modify or cancel the order made, he must send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours after the order was made.
Simonetta S.p.a. will endeavor to satisfy the Customer’s request to the maximum. As soon as the Product has been dispatched, the order may not be cancelled or modified until the merchandise dispatched has been returned to Simonetta S.p.a. In that event please refer to the procedure set out in the preceding paragraphs.
